Nutrition Coaching in Lakewood Ranch, FL

Fuel Smarter. Recover Faster.

Most nutrition coaching exists in isolation. At Tideline, it sits alongside physical therapy and performance training under one roof — informed by what's happening in your training and rehab.

Training Hard but Feeling Flat? Your Nutrition Might Be Holding You Back.

Energy That Doesn’t Match Your Effort

Inconsistent energy, sluggish sessions, and slow recovery are often a nutrition problem — not a training problem. Fueling around your actual activity levels changes how your body responds to training.

Generic Advice That Doesn’t Fit Your Life

A macro template from the internet isn't a nutrition plan. Without understanding your goals, training schedule, and lifestyle, generic advice rarely sticks and rarely works.

Recovery Is Lagging Behind Training Output

Training volume and intensity can outpace your body's ability to recover if nutrition isn't supporting it. The result is accumulated fatigue, stalled progress, and increased injury risk.

What Clients Are Saying

Verified reviews from clients who've improved how they fuel, recover, and perform.

Working with Dr. Michael has been great, not only because he helped with managing chronic knee pain, but spent the time to explain why the pain has developed to begin with.
Brent Mavity
As a basketball player, my body goes through lots of pain and injuries constantly. Dr. Mallory was a big key in helping me be ready for the next workout every day and be in overall better physical health.
Stravis Lutchman
I scheduled an appointment and Dr Mike contacted me right away and gave me genuinely great advice! Unfortunately I wasn't able to be helped at this time due to having recent surgery and Dr Mike was very transparent and honest about what the best way for me to proceed would be. I will be returning for some PT in the future!

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about nutrition coaching at Tideline.

Is this just a meal plan or diet program?

No. Nutrition coaching at Tideline is a personalized program built around your goals, training demands, and lifestyle. The approach focuses on sustainable habits and performance outcomes — not a temporary meal plan or a generic macro template that ignores how you actually eat and train.

Do I need to be a Tideline patient already?

No. Nutrition coaching is open to anyone — whether you're currently in rehabilitation at Tideline, in performance training, or just an active adult who wants nutritional support. You don't need to be an existing patient to start working with Ashlie.

What are Ashlie’s credentials?

Ashlie Cramer is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of healthcare experience, a NASM-certified personal trainer, and a NASM-certified nutrition coach. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Keiser University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati.

How does nutrition coaching work with my physical therapy or training?

Because Ashlie is embedded at Tideline, coordination across your providers is built in. If you're in rehabilitation or performance training, the nutrition plan can be developed in context of what you're working on — not in isolation from it.

Is this focused on weight loss, or can it address performance goals?

Both. Nutrition coaching at Tideline is performance-oriented by nature — the focus is on fueling training, supporting recovery, and building sustainable habits. Body composition goals can absolutely be part of the program, but they are approached through the lens of what supports your active lifestyle.
